In the sleazy, unforgiving world of winos, derelicts and drifters, life is hard for two young brothers Fred and Kevin living in a lower Manhattan junkyard. The most lethal threat nowadays though is the case of cheapo wine, Tenafly Viper at Ed's liquor store. Ed found the case hidden in his basement and has decided to sell each bottle for only a dollar! For this price all the bums including Fred are flocking to Ed's, but there is one problem...anyone who drinks it ends up melting instantly!
