Burning Moon Video doesn't mess around, all orders are expected to ship within 24-48 hours after payment has been processed. Most orders will ship via air mail or expedited parcel depending on weight and destination. All orders will be shipped directly from our facility located in Alberta, Canada. • Burning Moon Video will not be held liable or responsible for any customs fees and/or importing issues associated with your order.

Returns:

All sales are final, however you may return:

• Any product(s) that is still new and sealed within 60 days of purchase date. Sealed products can be returned for your choice of either a full refund (minus shipping costs) or a store credit/exchange.
• Any and all defective merchandise within 60 days of purchase date. We will only exchange defective products for the exact same title and we need to be contacted before items are returned.
